1.Q: How long it will take to finish one orders?
A:Generally 15 days after get the deposit or Letter of credit.
2.Q: How many colors you can supply?
A: We have standard colors in the color chart and it for the standard color or order in small qty request. The non standard colors .All the colors we can do or match even wooden. Marble or granite. Chameleon .Spectra color.The best way and speed way is to use RAL color code .it is acceptable and used in the world wide orders.
3.Q: Can you do OEM or ODM ?
A: We have Globond brand with all kinds of ad materials & docs. If you want your own brand .we can supply also .
4.Q:Whats the size you can supply ?
A: We have standard size the same as world popular size 1220 x 2440 x 4mm. or 1250 x 3050 x 4mm even others. The special size we can supply also. Such as 1575 x 5800mm .1500 x 5600mm. the thickness from 2mm to 8mm. we can produce.
5.Q: Whats the quantity one 20GP can load?
A: One 20GP can load 3300m2 with wood packing .if without packing .we can load 4350m2.
6.Q: Whats the payment terms you can accept?
A: 30% amount paid in advance and the remaining paid before shipment.or full amount paid by irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
7.Q:How long the protective film can be keep on the panels after install the panels ?
A: We suggest with 45 days after expose the protective film in the sunlight.
8.Q: How to store the panels ?
A: Keep the panels in wind flew and dry area avoid water or wet area to touch the land directly.
9.Q:Whats the point we have to pay attention when install the panels ?
A: a. The accessories should be specified by the reputable and qualified designer or engineers.
b.Install the panels in ont direction only.
c.Panels span and frame spefication should be calculated by the structural engineers.
