7.Others: with waterproof paint seal the edge.
8.Production Capability: 10000 Pieces Per Day.
Following is the major properties of our plywood panel:
1:High temperature resistance,with Phenolic film ,under boiled water more 15 hour still good as before , without split or Degumming.
2:Excellent waterproof, toughness and bonding, high strength.
3:Veneer board , slip face without morph , more than 20 times used .
4:Red film faced plywood (10-ply boards) , Black film faced plywood (9-ply boards).
5:The phenolic glue of the film faced plywood can smooth the surface of concrete.
6:The waterproof coating can extend the working life of the concrete
7:There is no color contamination between the concrete and the PF plywood
8:Low levels of aldehyde, phenol, and other toxic emissions
