We have introduced state-of-art manufacturing technology and testing system from the States, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy and Japan. Currently,we have19 extrusion production lines which can handle 600-5500 tons of section bar, and build up a manufacturing system which includes designing and manufacturing moulds, casting,extrusion,oxidation coloring, electrophoretic painting, powder sprqying,fluorocarbon spraying, insulation and finished machining of frames etc. Our annual production raeches 10,000tons per month. We adopted the ERP information system to further upgrade our productivity and product quality. Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We're a big-scale self-own factory,provide one-stop service for our customer,from material to various surface treatments,and from technical sales to shipping and to after-sales,so we can save the cost for client,control the quality and lead time,provide best service.

Q2:Where is your factory located?How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in No.1 of Jinpeng Avenue,Anyi Industry Park,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,China.
The nearest airport is Nanchang Airport which is just about 30mins by car away from our factory.

Q3:What's the production time for new molds and mass production?
A:7-15 days(up to the different size) to build new molds.Mass production usually take around 20 days from one order which can be from 1 ton to 300 tons.And we can process urgently if needed.

Q4:What is the payment terms?
A:30% deposit by TT and balance settled before shipping or against BL copy.And LC is also acceptable.

Q5:What's the quality level of your product?
A:Our product are 100% quality checked.The quality are totally according to clients' requirements.And we have many kinds of quality certificate,such as ISO9001,RohS,SGS,etc.
