FOSHAN XINWEI ALUMINUM CO., LTD is a manufacturer which has more than 23 years experience in producing industrial and household aluminum profiles. It is located in Foshan,China.
It has a team of experienced technical staff and efficient managerial staff.It is also equipped with quality control equipments to ensure first-class products to be produced. The whole production process includes: aluminum ingot casting, extrusion mold design & making, extruding, aging treatment, surface treatment.
1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer of aluminum extrusion profile.
2.Can we know more about your company?
Our staff including workers and clerks are around 150 persons. We have 7 extrusion line. Our extrusion machine capacity from 600-1000 tons.
3.Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Foshan city which is nearby Guangzhou.
4.What is the MOQ of your products?
It is based on the size of aluminum profile. If it is like curtain wall, the MOQ of the product is around 5 tons for each model, if it is like window profile, the MOQ of the product is around 1 ton for each model. Of course, mix order is available.
5.What is the lead time for normal quantity order?
If we have all molds, it is around 25-30 days after we receive the deposit.
6.How many days for opening new molds?
After we receive the charges of the die, we will open and test the new die for 10-15 days. If the quantity of die is more than 20 pieces, the processing time needs to be extended.
