Our company has a complete product testing and analysis laboratories. We have the spectrometer, three-coordinate measuring instrument, tensile testing machine, constant temperature and humidity box, fogging test machine and other physical testing equipments, as well as chemical testing such as the oxidation and spraying and so on. With this that we can provide the products with high quality and long service-time for the customers.
We have many Aluminum Extrusion Production Lines from 500 tons to 2500 tons which could produce window & door profile, curtain wall profile, decorative profile and more advanced solar profile and industrial profile.
Our workshop has advanced extrusion equipments, experienced workers and engineers, semi-finished products inspectors and strictly implements the 6S standard. Has complete traceability from raw materials to semi-finished products.
We are not only have one powder spraying lines. We have advanced horizontal powder spraying system equipments and professional spraying operators to ensure uniform spraying, no color difference, no bubbles, etc. Our month manufacture capacity are almost 2,000 tons.
After the manufacture finished, our skilled packaging workers will to package the profiles according to the different package demands for the clients.
